The Artist will draw it with "their own style". Please see the art sites or portfolio as a sample before ordering.

I have the right to DECLINE any commission if it seems uncomfortable or if it doesn't fit the Artist "artstyle".

I reserved the right to post the commissioned artworks/illustrations in sns for self promotion and portfolio. You can tell me if you don’t want me to post it on SNS!

I DON'T ACCEPT NFTs or CRYPTO and AI. AI use of my artworks are "STRICTLY PROHIBITED".

I don't accept RUSH COMMISIONS.

All commission works are STRICTLY FOR PERSONAL USE only (eg. icon / pfp / cover photo) unless stated otherwise. It’s for the commissioner use only.

The Client has the right to put use of the commission work in personal use such as pfp, cover photos, social media icon etc, and can post it online.

The Client is NOT ALLOWED to sell the piece ( eg. selling merchs or making prints to sale.)

Commercial or Business use will be applied if you use the art commission for promoting sales or products and services. It will cost additional fees if requested.

The Client will received the highest resolution file in digital format (JPEG/PNG) in the final phase.

Payment is through PAYPAL or through KOFI commissions only.

Payment is required upfront. The Client can choose to pay for half or full payment for non VGen users, I will send an Invoice first.

Once paid, the artist will now only start the sketch phase.

All Artworks are non-refundable once paid.

Please provide any sort of "reference" even if it just a simple sketch/shapes.

Turn over time: 7 to 14 days after full payment. For hard ones usually will take 2 weeks to 1 month (depends on the complexity). Please understand.

The Artist will update/send sketches or progress to you 1-3 times. Feel free to ask any concerns or questions.

No Revisions/Changes during rendering or final phase.

All artworks will start at their BASE PRICES and have a plain colors for the background. If the client prefer to add something there will be additional price (add ons).

Strictly NO REFUNDs. Refund will be applicable once the artist failed to deliver the artwork.

All creative artworks including commissions belongs exclusively to me. You are not allowed to sell it physical or digital, share, print in merchs etc. or in any form without my permission or unless you have paid the rights for it.

Claiming the commission or the artwork piece as your own is "STRICTLY PROHIBITED".

The use or production of artworks without the permission of the Artist, such as selling or making merchs are also "STRICTLY PROHIBITED".

Removing any sort of signature or watermark from the Artist is NOT ALLOWED unless agreed by both parties.

The Client must credit the Artist for their commercial use illustrations.

Base Price for Commercial Use Illustrations will have added price of + 100 % (percent) of the quoted price.

Commercial Use does not automatically you can use it for merchandise without permission or unless stated otherwise. In the absence of royalties, an Add Fee will be required if you want to turn a Commissioned Piece into Merch (both fees will ensure that the artist's signature is not present in the product.)

Original Character Art for Live2d Vtuber such as Character Sheet/Design/Illustrations for Promotional use/Monetized Original Content are considered for commercial use.

Merchandise such as stickers, keychains, prints or digital using my illustrations.

All Illustrations will be fully colored. I mostly draw in rendered painterly style so all artworks will have this look.

Take note that *Additional characters, effects and complicated backgrounds will also have additional prices from the base price!. Feel free to ask me for questions, we can talk about it!.
